Disney Tsum Tsum Lip Smackers!

Happy #tsumtsumtuesday!

I am going to start this post by saying YES! I am a grown adult who loves Tsum Tsums! I didn’t pay much attention when they first came out, but then we bought Trent a few, and then a few more because he just HAD to collect them all and then somewhere along the way, the lines got blurred between whether we were buying them for him or for us. Sure, they are all in his room and both the kids play with them, but when I see ones that are just too cute, I have to buy them even if he has no idea who the character is.

The fondness has grown to other things…I have Tsum Tsum pens, notepads, stickers, cups, etc. Luckily, it hasn’t overtaken the entire house and I don’t feel the need to buy everything in sight that is Tsum Tsum related, but when Lip Smackers came out with Tsum Tsum lip balms that stacked, I couldn’t resist!

They started out with four: Mickey, Minnie, Stitch and Pooh and OMG did I have the hardest time finding all four of them. I found two at Target immediately and then a few months later just happened to see the other two in Toys R Us when I was looking for something else for the kids. It made me mad how long it took, so when they came out with four more, I didn’t even want to go down that road…which I was glad I decided not to when they came our with another four more! I was content with the ones I had and that would be that.

Well, one day I was perusing the stocking stuffer section in Target looking for goodies for myself for the kids, when there it was…an entire bin of ones I didn’t have! I was able to find four new ones and became sucked back in to trying to find them all. Brett even found two more for me on one of his solo trips to Target. I’m sure my husband just loves when I send him to girly sections of Target to look for kids lip gloss. ๐Ÿ™‚

Here is my current collection:

Are these the Disney/Lip Smackers equivalent to Pokemon? “Gotta catch ’em all!”

The flavor names are super cute and they all are pretty good.

I have 10 and I still debate on whether I want to actually use them. I have tried them all at least once to test the flavors, but none of them have actually made into my purse, which I swear is the ultimate chapstick/hair tie black hole. For now I will just stack them up to make my desk look pretty until I ultimately lose all my lip glosses in my purse and have to resort to using one of these!

I know for certain I am missing Jack Skellington, Sally, Daisy, Dory and Tigger. ๐Ÿ™ Sure, I could cheat and find them on ebay or something, but it’s fun looking for them in stores. If you want to find them online, they are available on Amazon, but be sure to look around for the best price, as some people are grossly overcharging. You can also find them on the Lip Smackers websiteย for the same price as you would find them in stores..
